We are dedicated to attracting and developing talented individuals within various departments, including Sales, Customer Services and Marketing. After a 2 week corporate induction, we provide ongoing internal training and support to our employees through our Academy of Excellence.
Academy of Excellence
E learning and classroom based learning methods are used to support ongoing learning covering destinations, sales and customer service techniques.
NVQs and Apprentices
Sunmaster are committed to the ongoing learning of employees and support staff completing NVQs through our local training provider Training For Travel. In 2013 alone over 15 employees have started working towards qualifications in customer services, sales, travel and management within our workplace. We also support local apprenticeships and will be training and developing one young apprentice in 2013/2014.
